If you’re struggling to stay on track with training and starting to panic that race day will be here soon then this is the program for you! Effective race training workouts you can do at home delivered right to your phone with weekly accountability check-ins for around $1 a day! The workouts are designed by a certified Personal Trainer & Obstacle course racer and include the key elements of OCR Training with minimal equipment required. Each month you’ll receive new workouts in the training app that include: Grip and upper body strength, HIIT training, Running, Hills and lower body strength.

Race training doesn’t have to take hours out of your day – quick and effective workouts done consistently can get you race ready! And with both running and strength training workouts built into your monthly plan you won’t have to struggle with trying to balance both.
Accountability check ins
Weekly accountability check ins from your Personal trainer will help keep you on track and focused and you’ll have access to ask any questions you have via the app at any time. One of the biggest reasons people fall off track is that they have no one to encourage and support them, especially when life happens, accountability check-ins will help resolve this issue.
Mindset & Nutrition tips & challenges
Mindset and Nutrition play a huge role in race training and can be what makes or breaks you on the race course. Monthly trainings and challenges will help you find what strategies work best for you before race day arrives.
About your Trainer:
My name is Jaclyn, I’m a Mom, Wife, Obstacle Course Racer, Runner, Certified Personal Trainer and Holistic Nutritional Consultant. I get how hard it is to find time not only to workout but to eat healthy. It’s hard to juggle all the responsibilities that us moms have. But when you take time for yourself you’re a better mom, wife, friend, co-worker and all around happier person! I’m here to support you and help you do that.
In 2014 I discovered the world of Obstacle course racing when I ran my first Spartan Race, it was something I never thought I could do at the age of 35 but I did it and I was hooked, since then I’ve ran more than 25 OCR’s including multiple Spartan Beasts and earned my Trifecta in 2016 & 2017. It’s hard to explain the feeling you get when you cross that finish line and realize you did things that you never thought you could do. It’s my passion to help women discover their full potential when they too do the things they thought they couldn’t do.
I’ve been training women (mostly moms) for over 5 years and it still brings me joy when I see someone go from feeling frumpy and weak to strong and confident. It’s not always about the number on the scale, feeling strong and beautiful inside and out will bring you lasting changes.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need any equipment?
Minimal equipment is needed to mimic race conditions – a 5 gallon bucket, a sandbag (you can make your own or purchase one), a place to hang from (monkey bars at the park or a pull up bar)
Is this program good for beginners?
Yes!! This program is designed for all fitness levels and any exercises can be modified if needed
Do I have to sign up for a full year?
No, you will be billed monthly until you cancel your membership. All that is required to cancel is 30 days written notice.
Do I need to be a ninja to do these workouts?
Nope! No ninja skills required! The focus of the workouts is to help you prepare both physically and mentally for your race
How is this different from a free workout plan?
Free workout plans are not customizable and generally have no modifications for advanced exercises such as pull-ups. They are also lacking an accountability and support component. This program includes access to a personal trainer who will answer any questions you have and check in with you regularly to ensure that you are doing the workouts and provide extra support if required.
